Hello Everyone!!
If you have created your Parent Portal with our new Jackrabbit software, you should see your student(s)’s class recommendations as a log-in message (if you are attending/attended this summer and do not see any recommendations, please be patient as we wait to hear back from your summer teachers)! 

If not, please follow the instructions below to register with our Jackrabbit system. Our 2020-2021 studio brochure is also available via a link in your Parent Portal announcements!

Registration will open on Monday, August 10th.

We will send out an email on Monday with more information. However, please be aware that this software is not like an online “shopping cart” when choosing classes–when you enroll you are in the class. Please keep our recommendations and class change policy in mind while registering.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR PARENT PORTAL:

There is no cost associated with registering your Jackrabbit Parent Portal. We will be posting Fall 2020-2021 class recommendations in your Jackrabbit Parent Portal. We are using this software this year as a work around to our usual paper recommendations.

**Registration Instructions**     

• Click here to register!
• Input family and dancer information.
• Create a password for your Jackrabbit Parent Portal – this will enable you to update billing information, add classes etc, among other features.
• [For multi-student families] Once the first student is complete, select “Add Another Student” and complete this same process for each dancer.
• Accept the Required Policies and Agreements by checking the boxes and signing your name.
• Enter your credit card information (and/or) bank account information. You will not be charged immediately, as we will review each registration individually once we open enrollment to ensure the proper tuition is posted.

Once we have your student entered into the database we will then go in and post their recommendations in your account. An email will be sent once we have the recommendations set up in your Parent Portal.

In-Person Updates:We are open using Virginia guidelines to ensure social distancing while exercising. This means even though we have 12,000 square feet of dance space as a studio, we only have a finite number of spots available in each class room. We have hardwired for Zoom and made rolling stations and large monitors so Zoom may be accessed while live classes are running.

We have also changed our Janitorial Services to a larger company Universal Janitorial Services, Inc. who also services Bishop Ireton, Browne Academy, and others to ensure we have new COVID standards in place.
